Mary Johnson

Mary H. Johnson has worked in banking and real estate for over twenty eight years and has specialized in commercial real estate for the last eighteen years. She holds a broker’s license in several states and has been successful in working for and with national tenants in many locations east of the Mississippi. In addition, Mary has helped many local and regional land owners to develop successful projects.

She is a respected member of the profession and has developed a network of national contacts who buy, sell, develop, finance, and broker properties. A sixteen year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, she is knowledgeable in tenant growth and placement, financing alternatives, retail trends, and new projects. Her skills involve: identification of market opportunities, site selection, research and summary profiles, investment opportunity, pre leasing, leasing and sale of projects, tenant relationships, financial/risk analysis.

Mary has an undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University and holds a masters degree from University of Colorado. She is the proud mother of three grown children. As an avid outdoorswoman, she hikes, paddles kayaks, fly fishes mountain streams, and cross country skis. She runs a small farm and vineyard in the mountains and teaches fly fishing.
