Kelton Lastein

Kelton Lastein is a native to Western North Carolina and grew up in the woods of historic Flat Rock. Kelton was raised in nature and surrounded by his father's impactful landscape architecture/land planning business. From these experiences alone Kelton adopted his passion for land and its many uses.

Kelton attended Christ School, an all male college preparatory school in Arden, NC.  It was here he began networking and communicating with influential peers and teachers at a young age. While in high school Kelton developed life long hobbies such as fishing, camping/backpacking, and international travel. During this time Kelton also reached the highest level of scouting and was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout.

After receiving a diploma Kelton moved to Cullowhee, NC to attend Western Carolina University. At WCU he studied Entrepreneurship with a focus in International Business. Part of his college tenure was spent with WCUs international program welcoming students to America and also studying abroad. During his final year Kelton interned with the Small Business and Technology Development Center. It was during this time that Kelton touched the business community in Asheville and surrounding regions.

After graduating WCU Kelton studied for and received his North Carolina real estate license. Since 2017 Kelton has networked as a commercial broker with several real estate firms in WNC. Today he lives in Greenville, SC while continuing to keep a pulse on his NC roots as a legacy of Ed Lastein.
